Progress, Not Politics: Building a Better Township Together

We're proud to announce a zero percent tax increase as we secure grants to improve our community at no cost to taxpayers. Here’s what’s in the works:

  • $559,000 TAP Grant: Upgrading the Washington, Park, and Commerce Streetscape to complement a $230,000 grant for transforming a municipal parking lot into a vibrant green space. This area will anchor our vision for a downtown food and entertainment district, perfect for families to enjoy.

  • New Park & Stage: Our newly purchased stage will host concerts, theater, movie nights, farmers' markets, craft fairs, and more—a lively community hub for all.

  • Bank of America Building Revamp: We're turning the old building into a Municipal courtroom and community meeting space, fostering a stronger sense of community by providing a venue for local organizations.

  • $2.4 Million for Iron Works Park: Funding will create a multi-purpose field and a kayak/canoe launch for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.

  • Flood Relief & Housing Rehabilitation: $750,000 will address flooding issues on Levis Drive, and $200,000 is secured for housing rehabilitation for those in need.

  • Health & Safety: We're collaborating with Virtua Hospital for top-tier healthcare access and with the County on traffic safety improvements. We’re also seeking federal funding to increase police presence, enhance security, and ensure a safer business district.

Mount Holly has always been a proud working-class town. Whether you’ve lived here all your life or moved here for our progress, rest assured we remain committed to responsible government, keeping taxes low, and building a safe, vibrant community for all.
